RCZAS Yorkshire and Lincolnshire: Whitby to Reighton

A Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment (RCZA) undertaken by Humber Field Archaeology, on behalf of English Heritage, in order to provide an assessment of the condition of known archaeological monuments on the coast between Whitby, North Yorkshire and the Norfolk border and identify sites which have not previously been recorded. This volume covers the coastal sector between Whitby and Reighton. The fieldwork was principally undertaken in November 2009 with additional minor work in the Filey area in June and July 2010.
