Between April and July 1998, the Royal Commission on the Historical Monuments of England (RCHME) carried out survey and analysis of the earthworks and buildings on the defences of the Western Heights, Dover in Kent. This report concerns smaller structures of various dates, which played important roles and include the Drop Battery, a Gun Shed, Pillboxes, the REME Workshop and a Light Anti-Aircraft Battery. (This was report 31/2001 in a previous series)
